Cheltenham-based print solutions provider, Finnick Solutions, has been bought by Total Managed Document Solutions in Kettering.
TMDS announced the completion of the acquisition on Friday 30 April 2021, saying that it would be ‘taking Finnick Solutions under our wing’ – while reassuring existing clients that the running of the company will remain the same, but it will merge Finnick Solutions’ services with its own, including managed print services and audits.
Finnick Solutions was initially founded by Chris Stock over 25 years ago, inspired by his passion for print – and has worked hard to successfully develop the business under the Finnick name.
TMDS has said it has a mission to provide assistance with the same passion and enthusiasm that Chris once did.
Simon Vine, Managing Director of TMDS said: ‘Services will still run with the same efficiency and level of service as they always have done, which will continue to build on Chris’ legacy.’
