Watch Royal Opera House performances for free

The Royal Opera House is streaming classic opera and ballet performances for free during the Coronavirus lockdown.

The Royal Opera House is offering free broadcasts of its opera and ballet shows throughout April, with audiences able to stream world-class performances through its social media channels during the Coronavirus lockdown.

As part of its #OurHouseToYourHouse campaign, The Royal Opera House has introduced a jam-packed broadcast schedule, featuring classic shows like The Metamorphosis and The Winter’s Tale, with Peter and the Wolf kicking it off on Friday 27 March 2020.

Broadcasting live on YouTube every Friday evening in April, the performances can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime by self-isolators all over the world.

What’s more, audiences will be able to catch live music and behind-the-scenes action on the Royal Opera House’s Facebook and YouTube channels.
