Promising a whopper of an opening week, Burger King Cheltenham will open to customers on Tuesday 30 April 2019 on Cheltenham’s lower High Street, with an amazing launch offer.

The new fast food restaurant will have staff giving out vouchers for 1,000 free Whoppers throughout opening week. Lucky customers will need to download the Burger King app, and scan the QR code on the voucher, before heading into the new Cheltenham branch to claim their free burger.

Alasdair Murdoch is Burger King’s CEO, and said: ‘We know the people of Cheltenham love the great-tasting food of Burger King, so we’ve listened to their requests and are very excited to bring all their favourites to their neighbourhood.’

Located next to Specsavers opticians, the fast food restaurant plans include 76 seats in the upstairs dining area and 33 seats downstairs; along with a lift, toilets and staff room.

The restaurant closed its former Cheltenham branch in 2015, leaving Gloucester’s Peel Centre restaurant as the closest alternative for Whopper fans.
