New dessert restaurant, Creams Café has announced that it will open its doors at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter on Monday 12 November 2018.

The dessert restaurant which also has branches in Worcester, Cardiff, Bristol and Birmingham, will serve up a range of freakshakes, gelato, waffles, sundaes, crepes and coffee.
