Cotswold Vegan Bakery is set to open this February 2024 — offering the chance for you to get your hands on some discounted goodies!

Sweet tooth? Get your hands on a free vegan treat in Cheltenham this February 2024, when Cotswold Vegan Bakery opens the doors to its brand-new shop on London Road.

Plant-based aficionados and curious customers can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free deal on all of its cake slices, cookies, mini loaf cakes and other sweet treats during the stores grand opening on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 February 2024.

Along with its baked goods, the new store will offer a variety of giftware, from greetings cards to books, sourced from small local businesses — a great idea for loved-ones throughout the year.

Business owner Rachel Sarsfield creates cakes to order from day-to-day and expects to have her hands full baking tasty treats for walk-ins once the shop opens.

Rachel said: 'I've always loved baking as a hobby and had an ambition to set up my own bakery.

'The business grew to the extent that it was taking over my house, and so I decided I needed to look at finding a premises to bake from.

'It's taken a little while to get the shop set up and ready for the public, but there's been loads of interest from people passing by. I can't wait to get started and welcome people in!'

Cotswold Vegan Bakery will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays for collection of pre-ordered cakes, by appointment only; open to everyone for walk-ins on Thursdays and Fridays; and will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Rachel's bespoke confectionary creations can be ordered online via the Cotswold Vegan Bakery website.
