On a mission to up your vitamin and mineral intake while on the move, BEET Juice Bar and Kitchen hosts its first pop-up on Cheltenham's Regent Street this spring 2024, adding to the plethora of foodie hot spots in the town.

Promising to provide convenient nutrition, whether out on a quick lunchbreak or enjoying a leisurely catch up with friends, the menu focuses on everything from freshly pressed juices to elevated seasonal salads — and the many health benefits they offer.

Available at the basement of The Coffee Dispensary from Wednesday 24 April 2024 between 8.30am and 2.30pm, highlights include salads such as the Som tam papaya, featuring green papaya, Thai green and red pepper, raw green bean, mint, Thai basil, tomatoes and roasted peanuts — served with crusty bread; and the tuna, lemon, dill mousse and pesto sandwich with red onion, Spanish tomato and avocado.

Visitors can also choose from a selection of fresh pressed juices and smoothies such as the Refresher, containing carrot, apple and mint; Energy Boost with celery, apple, cucumber, kale and lime; Citrus Burst, consisting of grapefruit, orange, pineapple and wheatgrass; and Hawaiian Zing, combining pineapple, carrot, celery, apple, avocado and lemon.

Offering Cheltonians the chance to 'step into a world where the good stuff takes centre stage', BEET — while not hosting pop-ups — offers nourishing juice cleanse programmes, designed to re-vitalise the body and mind, featuring fresh pressed vegetable and fruit juices alongside plant-based, protein smoothies; all meticulously created to re-energise.

With over ten years experience behind the team, BEET has received its tips, tricks and training from Jay Halford, who for many years supplied Cheltenham with it’s juices at The Core but has now handed his delicious, well-balanced juice recipes over with his blessing.
