Jeremy Clarkson's Cotswold-based Hawkstone Brewery has teamed up with Marstons to create a brand-new dish featuring its award-winning beer.
Fans of classic pub grub can tuck into a new British beef and Hawkstone IPA pie at 500 Marstons pubs across the country from Monday 3 August 2026, with bottles of Hawkstone IPA also available to pair with each pie.
Hawkstone Brewery was founded by Jeremy Clarkson in 2021 with a mission to shine a spotlight on British farmers and the contribution they make to the country, with all of its beers being made using British barley – some of which is grown on his Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton.
Its Hawkstone IPA features notes of citrus and tropical fruit, hoppy bitterness, and rich malt flavours, and won the title of England's best IPA in the 2025 World Beer Awards.
Marstons has paired the award-winning IPA with diced beef and pulled beef cheek, seasonal vegetables and English Cheddar, encased in buttery shortcrust pastry, in its new pie, which is served with mash or chips, vegetables and lashings of extra gravy.

The Hawkstone IPA and beef pie is available for a limited time only at Marston's pubs, including its venues in Bourton-on-the-Water, Charlton Kings, Cirencester, and Gloucester.
