Tacos, burgers and steak are on the menu for March 2024 at Gloucester Food Dock.
Opening on the quayside alongside Bella Mia pizza place; Strip Steak Bar, Elote and Chuck are all adding the final flourishes to their new restaurants.
The trio of eateries follows the much-anticipated opening of The Scandinavian Coffee Pod in January 2024.
Launched by passionate independent foodies, each restaurant is bringing its own unique flavour sensation to Gloucester Docks.
Strip Steak Bar offers premium quality street food with juicy steaks served up quickly for hungry diners; while Elote is creating a Mexican feel in its interior design, with shades of terracotta and a host of plants that customers will be able to buy.
Chuck Burger is bringing a sustainable meat offering to the area with burgers from older animals which are nearing the natural end of their lives.
Summing up what guests can expect, Gloucester Food Dock says Chuck is bringing a flavoursome slice of Americana with bold colourful dishes.
The burger bar will use smoking techniques to add an extra dimension to toppings, sides and brunch dishes.
Cheltenham-based chef Lewis Spencer and his team will also serve daily brunch dishes along with coffee, smoothies and juices.
Sourcing ingredients directly from Mexico and headed up by Lewis Spencer, Elote is also serving up food from bunch through to evening meals with everything from Mexican street corn to citrus cured fish and salads.
Completing the trio of openings, speed is the order of the day at Strip Steak, with takeaway options alongside eat-in options.
It won't be taking bookings or pre-orders, so it's first come, first served with steak street food served up just how you like it.
Specific opening dates will be revealed in March 2024.
