Set your kids the ultimate challenge this summer 2022 – taking on three high-energy activities over six hours at Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre, home to the longest dry slope in England and Wales at 255 metres long.

Kicking off at a reasonable 11am and running through until pickup at 5pm, the summer holiday activity days are available on selected dates from Wednesday 27 July to Tuesday 30 August 2022 and include skiing (for all abilities) and tubing, as well as laser tag.

Suitable for ages eight to 16, all that children have to do is turn up with their long-sleeved tops, trousers and gloves to take part in all the activities on offer – even lunch is included!

For the uninitiated, tubing is one of the easiest snow sports around, with zero experience required; simply hold on tight as you speed down the dedicated slope on an inflatable ring or ‘tube’. As a standalone activity, tubing at Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre is suitable for ages four and up.

Based at the same venue in Matson Wood, outdoor laser tag facility Battle Hill offers four gaming zones and thanks to the state-of-the-art wireless system, all sorts of game scenarios are possible – with none of the mess (or bruises) associated with paintballing.

As a standalone activity, Battle Hill can be enjoyed by ages six and over, with 20 per cent discount available on weekdays in July and August; simply quote ’20 per cent off’ when booking.
