Independent estate agency launches new Cheltenham headquarters

Suffolk Parade, arguably one of Cheltenham's most prestigious addresses, has become the new home of boutique estate agency Althorp & Co.  

Founded by director Brigitte Althorp-Gormlay on a bespoke approach and described as a 'personal assistant' to selling properties across Gloucestershire, Althorp & Co's new headquarters is open to the public and is said to have been motivated by the opportunity to provide a quieter setting for client meetings.

Founded in April 2024, the Cheltenham estate agency is described as focusing on handling a limited number of instructions at any one time, with an emphasis on personal service, with home staging forming a more rare aspect of the agency’s offering to help attract suitable buyers and maximise value.
