Gloucestershire staycations company celebrates its best year in 2022

Following a year of unprecedented demand for holidays in the Cotswolds, a Gloucestershire staycation company has increased its revenue by more than 50 per cent in 2022 - which it says demonstrates that the Cotswolds remains one of the 'top dream destinations for tourists'.

Cheltenham-based holiday rental company, Bolthole Retreats, has had its best year ever in 2022.

Holiday homes rental company, Bolthole Retreats, has had its most successful year to date in 2022, seeing its revenue increase by 53 per cent.

The Cheltenham-based business has also recorded a 49 per cent increase in forward bookings going into 2023, as the demand for staycations in the Cotswolds continues to increase.

With 180 holiday rental properties across the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it has seen a 33 per cent increase in the size of its property portfolio - and has recently expanded its offering with a new 'Designer Retreats' collection featuring specially curated properties in magical settings, designed to give affluent holidaymakers a 'once-in-a-lifetime experience'.
