Raising money for the Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes, visitors of all ages can enjoy brilliant entertainment when Prescott Bike Festival zooms back for another year.
Taking place at the world-famous track on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 June 2019, the eagerly anticipated event features everything from impressive motoring displays and competitions, to some very special guests and children’s activities.
The two-day event is organised by the Severn Freewheelers, the regional Blood Bike group, who voluntarily transport vital medical supplies between NHS facilities on an out of hours basis.
New for the 2019 festival, the site will open a day early for a special Preview Day on Saturday 15 June 2019 before the main show day on Sunday 16 June 2019. Limited tickets are available for bike enthusiasts to talk to owners and observe the judging of the 2019 National Custom Show.
Run the Hill entry includes the chance for petrol heads to ride their bikes on the world-famous hill in allocated time slots on the Sunday. Keen bikers can bring their bike, vintage bikes or even three-wheelers to be part of the iconic day. Bring along a friend too with the option to purchase a Pillion ticket for your passenger riders.
A definite highlight of the Prescott Bike Festival, Paddock Specials include the chance to get up close and personal with some of the very best bikes, a showcase of truly iconic engineering.
Specially selected motorcycle owners will be showcasing an incredible collection of bikes in the festival’s paddocks before they take to the hill. Hand selected, the exhibitors will include modern, classic, jet-powered, vintage, monowheels and special build bikes.
Kickback, The National Custom Show & Championships, are being welcomed to the festival for the first time this year. 80 of the very best custom and shed built-bikes will be displayed in the festival’s marquee and will be judged in classes including Titanium Moto Guzzi (the World Championship winning custom bike by Phil Colbourn pictured above), Freestyle, Young Builder and Butchered Classic. Special guest Stavros, aka Steve Parrish, is among the judges.
With a kids’ zone, live entertainment and food and drink stalls, the festival is a great way to celebrate Father’s Day with the whole family. Even better, families that attend will receive a 50 per cent off voucher for entry at the National Motorcycle Museum.
