Forget Mike the Knight, brave children will be able to learn what it takes to be a real knight for themselves this summer holidays, when Sudeley Castle runs its exciting new Knight School.

Taking place from Saturday 27 July through to Sunday 1 September 2019, and included with the general admission price, kids will be able to dress up to look the part, before trying their hand at a range of knight-themed activities.

They’ll also enjoy having a go at the Knight’s Quest and getting creative with arts and crafts in the Knight’s Pavilion tent.

Plus, on Wednesdays, families can also listen to Sudeley’s resident storyteller – Chloe of the Midnight Storytellers – as she weaves tales of knightly chivalry and adventures.

With royal connections spanning a thousand years, Sudeley Castle has played an important role in the turbulent and changing times of England’s past – and is a truly fitting location for budding knights to see if they have what it takes to earn the honorary title.
