Specialising in small
plates for snacking on, sharing, or creating an eclectic ‘tasting menu’ to your
own palate, Sam’s Montpellier in central Cheltenham is offering one lucky
SoGlos reader a generous £100 voucher to spend at the eatery –
in any way they see fit.
Owner and head chef, Sam Price, opened the doors to his eponymous restaurant at the tail end of 2021, taking over the premises formerly home to Flynn's Brasserie in The Courtyard in Montpellier.
As part of the creative and relaxed fine dining experience, the small plates on the menu are split into sections that include Earth (meat), Land (plant-based), Sea (fish) and Heaven (desserts).
Price previously worked as executive chef at the Craven Arms in nearby Brockhampton and remains committed to using local suppliers and ingredients in dishes like his savoury pistachio parfait, slow-cooked lamb shoulder and white chocolate Eton Mess.
