Fish Fridays just got even better! Be in with the chance of winning a whole year's supply of one of the nation's favourite dishes in SoGlos's latest competition.

Courtesy of The Chip Shed, Cheltenham's brand-new fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, one lucky SoGlos reader will win FREE fish and chips (or a vegetarian alternative) for a whole year!

From May 2023 until April 2024, the winner will be able to order two portions of fish and chips for collection from the Cheltenham restaurant, every month — with each order worth £23.

Opening on Cheltenham's Montpellier Street in March 2023, The Chip Shed is the latest tasty plaice to be for traditional fish and chips (choosing from cod, haddock and hake, among other varieties), burgers, pies, sausages, vegetarian options and small portions for the little ones.

Orders can be placed online to pick up for takeaway, delivered by Deliveroo or dine in at its beautiful 40-seater restaurant. And to accompany your fish dishes, a specially selected menu of wine, beer and champagne is also available.
