SoGlos's latest competition gives Gloucestershire gastronomes the chance to win the ultimate foodie experience at the brand-new Three Counties Food and Drink Festival, coming to the showground in Malvern on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 July 2023.
One lucky winner will receive four tickets to the hotly-anticipated foodie event on Saturday 29 July 2023, where they can browse over 150 tasty trade stalls, hear from an exciting line-up of celebrity chefs and TV stars and take part in fun food and drink workshops.
The prize includes an exclusive meet and greet with Great British Bake Off winner and Strictly Come Dancing star, John Whaite, who'll be sharing his passion for baking and cooking with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients in the live Cookery Theatre on the day.
The winner will also get their own copy of Whaite's cookbook, A Flash in the Pan – featuring simple, speedy recipes that can be cooked on the stovetop – which he'll sign during the meet and greet.
Stick around the Cookery Theatre to see more live demonstrations from legendary TV cook, Rosemary Shrager; plant-based chef and Dirty Vegan creator, Matt Pritchard; and TV's Eat Well For Less? presenter and food expert, Chris Bavin – all making star appearances on the Saturday.
With all the ingredients for a delicious day out, there's plenty more to experience around the festival site, too – from sampling street food and culinary delights, to taking part in wine and coffee tasting sessions, or attending a cocktail mixing masterclass. There's even a children's cookery school where little chefs can learn to make their own pasta, cheese and ice cream!
