Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens

Bradwell Grove, Burford, Oxfordshire, OX18 4JP | (01993) 823006

Boasting one of the UK’s largest zoological collections, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens in Burford is an affordable family favourite, offering visitors the chance to get closer to wildlife than ever before.

Cotswold Wildlife Park has been a top Cotswold destination since 1970; celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2020, the Park remains committed to educated and inspiring future generations all about the wonders of wildlife.

Featuring low walled enclosures, walkways, a children’s farmyard, adventure playground, keeper experiences and regular feedings, the park gives visitors the opportunity to get really up and close with the natural world.

The park is also home to a vast collection of animals, including lions, penguins, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, crocodiles, meerkats – as well as a wide range of lesser-known creatures not commonly found in UK wildlife parks (such as wolverines, gundi and naked mole rats).

One of the park’s best-loved features is the narrow gauge railway, which visitors can ride from April to October.
