Business growth and resilience is the focus of the Forest of Dean Growth Hub’s latest workshop and seminar on Thursday 23 February 2023.
The three-hour event in Mitcheldean is free to attend and is based at The Growth Hub at Vantage Point Business Village.
Hosted by Clayton Manley, who has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial sector, Manley specialises in strategy and improvement and is the Cheltenham and Gloucester representative at Business Doctors – a national agency with a focus on practical business planning.
The workshop allows local businesses to construct a road-map for the future and aims to be delivered in a no-nonsense manner, avoiding the confusion of jargon and unnecessary terminology, and helping businesses understand their aspirations and set clear goals.
Implementation and planning tools will be provided, with an emphasis on team engagement to reach the goals set by a road-map.
