A festival for sports lovers is coming to Cheltenham for the first time this July 2021.
Cheltenham 7s, the town’s first sports and music festival, is a two-day celebration of sport and will take place on Friday 30 July and Saturday 31 July 2021.
There are competitions for rugby, netball, super six fitness and more with team entry from £10 per person.
Based at Newlands Park, on Southam Lane, the festival will also feature live music, food and drink, with camping taking place on site.
There are great prizes for the team competitions too with £500 up for grabs for the elite men’s and women’s rugby teams, and other prizes for mixed and social teams. Elite netball teams can net up to £300 in the top prize, with all events sold out.
The gates open at 12pm on Friday 30 July 2021 with music, food and festival stalls, then on Saturday it’s game day followed by a big party. The event is an over 18s only.
