Whether you are expecting a baby or are new parents, a new Baby & Me event in Cheltenham is being launched in September 2021, aimed at reassuring and relaxing parents into birth and beyond.
Taking place on Saturday 11 September 2021 at Dean Close House, Baby & Me is comprised of a range of events throughout the day, all with the aim of helping parents.
The event, which is sponsored by Dean Close Little Trees Day Nurseries, is inviting mums, dad and babies to experience pregnancy and postnatal classes and sessions in a safe and chilled environment.
The sessions will take place outside underneath a beautiful stretch tent and will start at 11am and run until 4.30pm. The classes include:
11am – 11.45am: Latch to Ladle: an intro to baby weaning
1-2pm – 12.45pm: Prenatal Movement Class – breathe and stretch
1.30pm – 2.15pm: Postnatal Movement Class – breathe and stretch
2.30pm – 3.15pm: Hypnobirthing session
3.15pm – 4.30pm: Baby Massage
Coffee and tea is included at the sessions and those who attend the classes will also receive Baby & Me goodie bags and gifts.
