Forest Green Rovers offers an intimate experience at its home ground, The New Lawn in Nailsworth, giving fans the chance to get up-close to the action on the pitch – with the team showing off a strong attacking style under the watchful eye of manager, Robbie Savage.
The stands are usually packed with enthusiastic local fans and curious environmentalists, with the club being particularly welcoming for families.
In keeping with its eco-friendly approach, the club offers electric vehicle charging points, a park & ride service, and cycle parking to encourage environmentally friendly travel to and from home games.
Forest Green Rovers is also famous for being the only all-vegan football club in the world. Its award-winning plant-based menu changes every week and shows off locally sourced ingredients, as well as tasty meat alternatives courtesy of Quorn. From its fan favourites like the Green Devils spicy vegan burger, and Q Pie with mashed potato, deep-fried leeks and gravy, to sweet potato fries, wraps, salads, and pizzas, there's plenty to enjoy – especially when accompanied by a pint or two of Stroud Brewery's organic beer!

As the greenest football club in the world, sustainability is central to Forest Green Rovers, and its stadium is no different. The New Lawn has its own array of solar panels which provide around 20 per cent of the club's annual electricity needs, including the LED scoreboard and panels around the pitch, with local green energy supplier, Ecotricity, subbing in for the rest.
It doesn't use any pesticides or chemicals either, with its organic pitch kept green by capturing and recycling rainwater, with wildflower borders to encourage pollinators. It even uses waste water from the away fans' toilets to pump back onto the pitch!
How much are tickets to a Forest Green Rovers home game?
Forest Green Rovers home games typically cost £19 per adult, £10 for under 21s, and £6 for under 16s for standing tickets, or £23 per adult, £14 for under 21s, and £7 for under 16s for seated tickets. Under 11s cost £1 whether seated or standing.
