Based at the Gloucester campus, Gloucestershire College is recruiting for a creative media lecturer to inspire students.

Working from the college's Gloucester Campus, the successful candidate will join an experienced creative arts team, delivering engaging teaching while helping students develop the confidence, technical ability and creative thinking needed to thrive beyond college.

Joining Gloucestershire College's creative arts team, you'll teach across Level 2 and Level 3 creative media programmes, helping learners develop practical skills in filmmaking, video production, editing and digital content creation. 

Alongside delivering engaging lessons and mentoring students, you'll contribute to curriculum development and work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver an exciting, industry-relevant education.

Who would be perfect for the role?

Applicants should have experience in film, digital media, content creation or a related discipline, together with a Level 6 qualification and experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Experience of After Effects would be advantageous, while previous teaching experience isn't essential.

What is the package?

The creative media lecturer role is a permanent, full-time position based at Gloucestershire College's Gloucester Campus, with a salary of £27,432.30 to £40,795.26, depending on qualifications and experience, plus generous annual leave, an excellent pension scheme, funded professional development and wellbeing support.
