Cheltenham’s dining scene will have a new addition as The Brewery Quarter announces a street food-inspired restaurant, Hubbox, will be opening this spring.

Serving up everything from beef burgers and buttermilk chicken to Bratwurst hot dogs, Hubbox will feature a nautical theme and will also offer a range of local craft beers.

With restaurants already open in Bristol and the south west, Hubbox Cheltenham will be the first in Gloucestershire and will add to The Brewery’s 2020 openings – including The Alchemist. The restaurant will take unit 7A at The Brewery, which is opposite where Babel was.

The new restaurant announcement comes just after The Brewery Quarter reveals 2019 was the busiest year for the complex, with visitors up by five per cent compared to 2018.

Speaking about Hubbox and The Alchemist opening, marketing manager for The Brewery Quarter, Demelsa Coleman said: ‘With two openings on the horizon this year, we’ve become the place successful brands want to be when launching in Cheltenham and, indeed, the county. We’re looking forward to a terrific 2020.’
