Giffords Circus’s travelling restaurant, Circus Sauce, is launching a takeaway service of meals to collect from Fennells Farm, near Stroud, and enjoy at home.

Circus Sauce, the travelling restaurant which tours the UK with Giffords Circus, is launching its new takeaway food service Flying Sauce, from Saturday 27 June 2020, from its HQ near Stroud.

Offering three-course meals of restaurant-inspired dishes, and the recently released Giffords Circus cookbook, examples include braised shin of beef with hazelnuts and sticky dates; stuffed savoy cabbage with wild mushrooms and fired nettles and Tweedy’s salted caramel banoffee pie.

Circus Sauce executive chef, Ols Halas, said: ‘We have a set price three-course meal for £20 per person that can be collected from Fennells Farm, near Stroud, and taken home to warm up and enjoy.

‘The menu will change weekly and offers a little bit of the circus magic to enjoy during
lockdown.’

The three-course meal menu will be available to collect on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 6pm.
