Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter is getting another new restaurant

A brand-new Vietnamese street food restaurant will be opening at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter in 2022.

The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham is fast becoming the place to be for foodies, as another popular restaurant has announced that it will be opening there.

Vietnamese street food restaurant Pho will be opening its doors to customers in early 2022 and is the third new brand opening up at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter following the launch of Mowgli in August 2021 and Hub Box, which is due to open on Tuesday 21 September 2021.

Pho is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall and already has more than 30 venues around the UK, including sites in Bristol, Leicester and London.

Nikki Kontarines, asset manager of Martin Commercial Properties, managing agents of The Brewery Quarter, said: ‘There has never been more enthusiastic demand to open new sites at The Brewery Quarter. We’re delighted to be welcoming the much sought-after brand Pho to our strong and exciting line-up.

‘This further demonstrates the ever-growing success and popularity of the scheme as a primary entertainment and lifestyle destination in the UK. Two further openings are planned at The Brewery Quarter for early 2022. We can’t wait to announce further details when able to do so.’

The new restaurant will bring a vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to Cheltenham, specialising in Vietnam’s national dish, pho, along with fresh spring and summer rolls, curries, wok-fried noodles and rice dishes as well as Vietnamese beers, coffees and more.

Pho founder, Stephen Wall, said of the opening: ‘We are really looking forward to opening our doors in Cheltenham. The Brewery Quarter is the perfect location for us, with like-minded neighbours like Mowgli and Cosy Club, and we hope the people of Cheltenham will be as excited about us coming to their town as we are about our launch.’

Pho is expected to open at The Brewery Quarter in early 2022.
