Ambitious plans for global growth as Cheltenham marketing firm expands

PinPoint Media, a content and performance marketing agency on The Promenade in Cheltenham, has a new head of growth who is bringing its thriving business model to its UK and Cape Town offices.

Arabella Barnes, formerly of paid media agency Katte & Co, has been appointed as the new head of growth at Cheltenham's PinPoint Media Collective.

The PinPoint Media Collective, owners of PinPoint Media, NOVA+, and Superseed which supply content and performance marketing technology, is pushing forward with its ambitious expansion plans with the new addition to its team.

Arabella, recently nominated for the ALF Awards UK BD100, will spearhead the collective's international growth plans, particularly within the direct-to-consumer sector under NOVA+ which specialises in paid media, user-generated content and influencer marketing.

Based in the PinPoint Media Collective HQ on The Promenade in Cheltenham, Arabella will focus on the growth of clients across the collective's south west, London and Cape Town offices. 

CEO and founder of PinPoint Media, Oliver Bruce, said: 'Arabella's arrival brings a significant boost to our mission of enhancing the group's industry presence and collaborating with the most ambitious brands.'

Arabella said: 'I am excited to start the next chapter working with the incredibly driven team at NOVA+ and across the collective.'

In 2023, PinPoint Media increased its staff numbers by 30 per cent, bringing its total headcount to 40. It also launched an apprenticeship scheme with students from the University of Gloucestershire
