Gloucester History Festival is giving businesses in the county a chance to secure half price tickets for two of its big-name events this September 2026.
The festival is offering 50 per cent off tickets to see The Apprentice judge, entrepreneur and broadcaster Mike Soutar, and Men Behaving Badly star Caroline Quentin, exclusively for Gloucestershire-based businesses.
Mike joins festival president Janina Ramirez on Monday 14 September 2026 to discuss what makes a great leader, exploring the qualities that history's greatest leaders such as Elizabeth I, Winston Churchill, Joan of Arc and Æthelflæd share, and what today's business leaders can still learn from them.
While on Sunday 20 September 2026, Caroline Quentin takes to the stage at Blackfriars Priory to talk about her new book, Drawn to Nature, as well as her life as an actor and artist, her love of historic buildings, and her connection to the landscape, wildlife and seasons of her Somerset home.
Caroline and Mike are joined on the lineup by a host of high-profile historians, authors, broadcasters and journalists for the two-week festival, which takes place from Saturday 5 until Sunday 20 September 2026.
Local businesses can take advantage of the exclusive half price ticket offer by selecting 'Business Client' tickets when booking, and entering the code BUS2026.
