London-based JM Finn opened its first Gloucestershire office this June 2026.
The wealth management firm now has five regional offices alongside its London head office, with its newest in Cheltenham located at the junction between Rodney Road and Regent Street, close to the town centre and Regent Arcade shopping centre.
The Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire, Edward Gillespie OBE, did the honours at a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the office on Monday 1 June 2026, where guests listened to speeches from JM Finn CEO, Hugo Bedford, and the head of the new Cheltenham branch, Ian Posgate.
Ian said: 'It was a fantastic evening to celebrate our branch opening – we were delighted that so many clients and guests from the local community were able to join us.
'We look forward to bringing the breadth of our team’s experience to both existing and new clients in Gloucestershire. The opening of the Cheltenham office firmly cements JM Finn’s growing presence in the south west.
'As the firm continues to expand, we retain the same client-first approach that the firm has adopted for the last 80 years.'
The Cheltenham team bring JM Finn up to over 100 investment professionals, with £11.7 billion of funds under management and administration on behalf of over 18,500 clients.
JM Finn is also the category partner for Business Leader of the Year in the Gloucestershire Business Awards 2026, where Ian is representing the firm on the judging panel.
