With cinema tickets reduced to £3 to mark National Cinema Day this month, Saturday 3 September 2022 is the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a film at Cheltenham’s boutique TIVOLI Cinema in Regent Arcade, where tickets for its plush auditoriums can otherwise cost upwards of £20 per person.

National Cinema Day screenings at the TIVOLI in Cheltenham include Top Gun Maverick; Where the Crawdads Sing; E.T., currently celebrating its 40th anniversary; Fisherman’s Friends: One and All; The Forgiven, starring Jessica Chastain and Ralph Fiennes; Three Thousand Years of Longing, starring Idris Elba and Tilda Swinton; plus Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

For the full boutique cinema experience, arrive at least 15 minutes before your showtime to relax in the lounge bar area and place any orders for drinks and gourmet snacks, like wild boar hot dogs and ice cream sundaes, which waiting staff will have delivered to you once settled in your armchair, sofa or chaise.
