Good news for local foodies, as The Hollow Bottom in Guiting Power is launching a new food menu on Friday 17 August 2018, featuring innovative dishes alongside classic pub staples.

A popular country pub that offers delicious dining in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Hollow Bottom is the ideal destination for a traditional pub meal. The new menu retains firm favourites such as sausage and mash; fish and chips; and ham, egg and chips.

For something a little different though, the new menu also includes pan-seared water buffalo steak with truffle mash, pink peppercorn sauce, and wilted spinach; grilled octopus; and vegan wild mushroom linguine with wilted spinach, pesto and truffle oil.
