Tewkesbury Park is the only Gloucestershire golf resort with a place on Golf World's list of the top 100 resorts in Great Britain and Ireland.

Tewkesbury Park is the only golf destination in Gloucestershire to have earned a place in Golf World's Top 100 resorts in Great Britain and Ireland for 2023 — and it offers plenty of ways to play this summer, whether you're a seasoned pro or a keen newbie.

The Deerpark — Tewkesbury Park's 6,554-yard par 72 course — boasts panoramic views over the Gloucestershire countryside, stretching as far as the Malvern Hills, as well as cross-cut fairways; well-drained and manicured greens; heritage oak trees; and water features.

The resort has benefitted from significant investment in recent years, elevating the golfing experience and earning it a place in the Top 100, with Golf World highlighting its fantastic course which Peter McEvoy helped to redesign, beautiful bedrooms, excellent food and thoughtful team.

As well as its picturesque and challenging course, Tewkesbury Park has Mark Fenning as its resident pro, with over 20 years of experience to share with golfers through individual tuition and expert advice.

While its No.19 cafe offers a range of light bites and beverages, from coffee and bacon baps to paninis, cakes and pastries — ideal for refuelling after a round.

Regular golfers can sign up for an annual membership — giving them access to the award-winning Deerpark course, putting green and practice range; The Acorn par three academy course; and 20 per cent discount on food and drink, spa treatments and pamper packages — from £76 per month, or £97 per month including Tewkesbury Park's fantastic health facilities, too.

For anyone looking for a shorter commitment, there's a 30-day membership option costing £105 from November to February and £135 from March to October.

Tewkesbury Park also offers pay and play options, ideal for holidaymakers, hotel guests and casual golfers, with 18 holes costing £38 per person from Monday to Thursday and £48 per person from Friday to Sunday. Buggies and clubs are also available to hire, costing £28 per round for a buggy and £15 for a full set of clubs.
