Celebrate the Forest of Dean’s local artisan heritage at The Fire, Wood & Heritage Festival, taking place at Dean Heritage Centre from Friday 8 May to Sunday 10 May 2020.

Highlights of the annual event include a traditional charcoal burn and chainsaw carving, where visitors can see the UK’s only static chainsaw carving pitch in action.

Learn about the fascinating heritage of the Forest of Dean and take part in a series of workshops, arts and crafts and family activity trails around the centre for a jam-packed day out for all ages.

Admission to Dean Heritage Centre costs £8 per adult, £7 per concession, £6 per child and £25 per family of two adults and up to three children. Under threes go free.
