While England is in lockdown for the third time, Gloucestershire-based fitness company, Prime Motion, is helping people stay fit with online personal training and group fitness classes.
Movement coach and founder of Prime Motion, Charlie Babb, wants to change people’s perceptions about exercising at home and help people keep fit even during lockdowns, when gyms and exercise classes are closed.
Prime Motion offers online one-to-one personal training sessions with Charlie, as well as a timetable of online group fitness classes, spanning everything from HIIT and body conditioning to stretching.
Sessions are run on Zoom, allowing participants to work out together while staying safe and maintaining social distancing. Members also gain access to a Prime Circle Facebook group, to share advice, encouragement and feel part of a fitness community, even when isolating at home.
Single sessions cost from £3, while a one-week subscription costs £12 and includes unlimited access to live streamed fitness classes for the week.
For more information, or to try a free online taster class, visit primemotion.co.uk.
