Cheltenham-based gym, The Huddle, is bringing back its body transformation challenge, this April 2021.

Promising to make participants fitter, healthier, stronger and more confident in just 10 weeks, the challenge includes fitness classes, nutrition seminars, a food guide and access to a private online support group.

At the start of the challenge, everyone taking part will be given a target that’s tailored to their own personal goals – whether that’s losing weight, building muscle or toning up. They’ll also have photos and measurements taken to track their progress throughout the 10 weeks.

Giving participants access to 20 group classes in total, challengers are encouraged to participate in at least two group classes at The Huddle, on Southam Lane, every week.

Alongside classes, seminar subjects range from understanding how the metabolism works; what calorie targets actually mean; and why many diets fail, to ways to stay motivated; what type of training is best for you; and how to set yourself up for success.

At the end of the 10-week period, participants can see how far they’ve come and enjoy dinner together to celebrate all their hard work.

The Huddle ran its first body transformation challenge in September 2020, with participants saying the challenge made them feel energised, invigorated and supported, with one calling it the ‘best decision made in 2020.’

The Huddle’s latest body transformation challenge starts on Tuesday 6 April 2021 and costs £230, including all classes, seminars, advice and support.
