Gloucestershire’s popular destination, Berkeley Castle, is currently doubling as a filming location, revealing the news via its website.
While Berkeley Castle’s staff is ‘sworn to secrecy’, SoGlos has been told that the filming concerns a ‘big budget movie’ that’s being released in 2019.
The website states that filming will be running until Friday 15 June 2018, and some rooms appearing differently as a result, with some access potentially restricted.
The historic landmark has been used for filming numerous times in the past, with television shows including Wolf Hall and Poldark, and movies including Johnny English 3, which was shot in 2017.
