Saving the ocean starts at home, with simple changes you can discuss at The Isbourne’s latest talk.

Helping people decipher what differences they can make to help keep the planet’s oceans cleaner, The Isbourne is hosting a new series of eco-friendly talks, designed to help us cut our plastic habit.

Covering topics such as biodegradable cups which don’t biodegrade; if you really can flush washable wet wipes; and the items we shouldn’t be putting into the recycling bin, this fascinating and hugely relevant talk will help audiences make positive and tangible changes at home to help stop the plastic tide entering our oceans.

Taking place on Wednesday 11 December 2019, this event is led by Alisdair Naulls, a public engagement officer for the Marine Conservation Society.

People aged between 18 and 29 can sign up to a free Wellbeing Pass at The Isbourne to enjoy 50 per cent off the full price of Quality Endorsed courses and Guest Speaker events at the venue.
