Get the festive season started at The Brewery Quarter this Saturday 19 November 2022, as the lights go on and a very special guest pays Cheltenham a visit.
While there's no countdown this year, the Christmas lights will be sparkling from 3pm as presenter Craig Wright takes to the stage to host an afternoon and evening of free festive entertainment.
He'll be joined by none other than Father Christmas, with performances from My Stage School, Got 2 Sing Choir and Danceworks Studios; circus skills from Thomas Trilby; and the chance for little ones to meet their favourite characters from Gloucestershire Troopers and Little Dreamers Princesses throughout the afternoon.
Then to get everyone well and truly into the Christmas spirit, The Mark Walby Band takes the stage from 6pm to sing Christmas classics that are sure to get everyone on their feet dancing and singing along.
Plus, with a host of tasty food on offer from juicy burgers to Vietnamese pho, revellers are encouraged to book a table at one of The Brewery Quarter's fantastic restaurants to fuel up during or after the festivities.
Entertainment is free and starts from 3pm on Saturday 19 November 2022. For anyone wanting to dine or enjoy a game of adventure golf, bowling or social darts on the night, The Brewery Quarter encourages advance bookings at its restaurants and attractions.
This event marks the start of a series of festive events at The Brewery Quarter every weekend in the run up to Christmas, with everything from wreath making workshops, visits from ice princesses to breakfasts with Santa taking place, too.
