Top sporting action awaits at the Cheltenham Cricket Festival 2023.

After celebrating 150 years of the iconic event last summer, the Cheltenham Cricket Festival 2023 promises a jam-packed programme of first class cricket once again this summer — with Cheltenham College hosting sporting fans from across Gloucestershire and beyond, from Thursday 20 July to Friday 4 August 2023.

Gloucestershire County Cricket Club has been playing in Cheltenham for over a century and the festival has gone from strength-to-strength since its inception in 1872. It's now dubbed one of the most successful cricket festivals in the world, attracting thousands of spectators year-on-year.

This summer’s anticipated Cheltenham Cricket Festival is set to deliver another year of exciting entertainment, with the chance to see two LV= Insurance County Championship matches; the Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Trophy; a National County match; and the One Day Cup.

Gloucestershire vs Glamorgan at Cheltenham Cricket Festival

Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 July 2023

Gloucestershire will be playing against Glamorgan in this four-day LV= Insurance County Championship match, from 11am daily.


Western Storm vs Sunrisers at Cheltenham Cricket Festival

Monday 24 July 2023

This one-day Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Trophy match will see Western Storm play against Sunrisers for 50 overs, from 11am.


Gloucestershire vs Worcestershire at Cheltenham Cricket Festival

Wednesday 26 to Saturday 29 July 2023

There will be a four-day LV= Insurance County Championship match between Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, taking place from 11am daily.


Gloucestershire vs Wiltshire at Cheltenham Cricket Festival

Sunday 30 July 2023

Gloucestershire will be playing in the one-day National County match against Wiltshire for 50 overs, from 11am.


Gloucestershire vs Derbyshire at Cheltenham Cricket Festival

Tuesday 1 August 2023

Gloucestershire will be playing against Derbyshire in a One Day Cup match, from 11am.


Gloucestershire vs Northamptonshire at Cheltenham Cricket Festival

Friday 4 August 2023

Gloucestershire will face Northamptonshire on the final day of the festival in a One Day Cup match, from 11am.
