The Festival™ 2022 promises a feast of gripping horseracing action, including the Boodles Gold Cup at the jewel in jump racing's crown, Cheltenham Racecourse.

With a history dating back almost two centuries, Cheltenham Racecourse has become synonymous with world-class National Hunt horse racing, and from Tuesday 15 to Friday 18 March 2022, The Festival™ will be taking place once again – culminating in the Boodles Gold Cup.

Day One at The Festival™ 2022

The Cheltenham roar has become synonymous with Day One, or ‘Champion Day’, which falls on Tuesday 15 March 2022.

See the best take on the best, old champions challenged by new, and get The Festival™ week off to an absolute flyer.

As well as the Unibet Champion Hurdle to look forward to, opening day will see performances from The Wickermen, Murphy’s Marbles, The Hipcats and Got2Sing.

Day Two at The Festival™ 2022

Day Two of The Festival™ 2022 is often called Ladies Day and usually sees tens of thousands of racegoers add a splash of colour to Cheltenham Racecourse.

Taking place on Wednesday 16 March 2022, the day coincides with the Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase.

Entertainment off the track will come from Tommy & The Fuse, The Lucky 15’s, Taylor & The Masons and The Brimstones, among others.

Day Three at The Festival™ 2022

Day Three of The Festival™, often dubbed ‘St Patrick’s Thursday’, takes place on Thursday 17 March 2022 and will be full of Irish flair on the racecourse once again.

There are two Championship races, including the Ryanair Chase and Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle, making for an unforgettable day of racing.

Live music will also be provided throughout the day, both in between and after the races, in the Best Mate Enclosure, The Village, The Centaur, entrances and the club enclosure.

Day Four at The Festival™ 2022

The highlight of The Festival™, not to mention the jump racing calendar, The Boodles Cheltenham Gold Cup is set to make history for another year on Friday 18 March 2022.

Such is the standing of this race that previous winners, such as Best Mate and Kauto Star, are now household names.

Events on the track will be accompanied as always by plenty of entertainment and live music off the track.
