Dockside Debut launch event
Dockside gave members of the Gloucester community an exclusive first look at its renovated spaces in August 2026, hosting an exhibition of artwork created by University of Gloucestershire students.
Sponsored by FI Property Group and delivered in partnership with the university, the exhibition gave third year students the opportunity to showcase their talents spanning multiple mediums, from paint and sculpture, to printmaking and film.
Attended by members of the public, representatives of the city's business and creative communities, and local dignitaries including Gloucester Mayor Adrian Graham, visitors voted for their favourite artwork in the 'people's choice award' – with winning artist, Laura Roberts, set to have her work become part of Dockside itself, designing two banners for the front of the building, plus a canvas to be displayed inside Gloucester Brewery.
