Gloucestershire has a packed calendar of business events for entrepreneurs and companies of all shapes, sizes and sectors, from relaxed networking to inspirational and educational masterclasses, this April 2023.

Business Over Breakfast in Tewkesbury

Proving that businesses in Gloucestershire know no bounds to success, Worcestershire-based Pershore Business Over Breakfast decamps to Tewkesbury for its April networking event.

Due to take place at Tewkesbury Co-Working at The Exchange on Barton Street on Thursday 6 April 2023 from 7am to 8.45am, this event offers a relaxed environment for business people to come together, generate contacts, suppliers and support networks over a morning meal. 

Tapas Tuesday at Sebz in Gloucester

One of the longest-running business networking events in Gloucestershire, WSP Solicitors is hosting its next lunchtime event from 12pm to 2pm on Tuesday 18 April 2023 at Gloucester's ever-popular tapas restaurant, Sebz on Northgate Street.

Attendees need to register via Eventbrite with their dietary requirements, then keep their fingers crossed they make the cut. The event costs £15 each and includes a selection of tapas and a drink.

How to Maximise Your Business Return from Operational Property at The Growth Hub

Patrick Downes of Trust in Property and one-time managing partner of chartered surveyors, Bruton Knowles, heads up this special event aimed at maximising your business potential from property.

With places for just 10 delegates, the session aims to equip business owners and directors with the confidence to identify all the issues and challenges they have with their current property and future premises - taking place on Tuesday 11 April 2023 from 10am to 1pm at The Growth Hub's Forest of Dean offices in Mitcheldean; and on Wednesday 19 April 2023 from 9am to 12pm at The Growth Hub in Stroud.

Business Mastermind: Start Up at Egypt Mill

No, 'Business Mastermind' is not a Gloucestershire version of the famous general knowledge quiz, but a gathering aiming to provide expert learning, insight and networking for business owners in the county.

Aimed at budding business leaders and entrepreneurs, the event takes place from 11am until 1.30pm at Egypt Mill Hotel and Restaurant in Nailsworth on Thursday 20 April 2023 and includes a two-course lunch, with speakers including Peter Mardon, a solicitor at WSP and a director of a successful international manufacturing group; Chloe Dunk of Meta Advisors; and Martin Brown of Elephants Child.

The Growth Hub's new networking event

The Growth Hub is launching an all-new event in partnership with Help and Grow, aimed at doing what it does best - providing support, advice and inspiration for Gloucestershire businesses of all shapes, sizes and sectors.

Taking place on Wednesday 19 April 2023 from 7am to 9.30am at The Growth Hub's Oxstalls headquarters in Gloucester, Elaine Warwicker of Canny Conversations is the keynote speaker and there'll be information on The Growth Hub's plans for business support in 2023, plus an opportunity for networking. 

For Goodness' Sake Innovate at Gloucester Brewery

Gloucester Brewery is fast making a name for itself as a venue for all manner of business community events - and this innovation workshop on Friday 21 April 2023 from 10am to 2pm only adds to that reputation.

Teams will be tasked with solving a live brand challenge for the charity Winston's Wish by learning a process they can take back to their businesses to create their own new products, services and brand strategies, helping generate growth and revenue. Two innovation experts from The Ideas Agency, which has developed ideas for some of the ‘biggest brands on the planet’, are on hand to show you the ropes - plus there's pizza for lunch, with veggie and vegan options available, too. 

Cheltenham BID networking event at SOHO Coffee Co

Cheltenham BID, the town centre business improvement district group, moves its monthly networking events to a new venue each month, with its next meeting taking place at SOHO Coffee Co on Cheltenham High Street on Monday 24 April 2023 from 1pm to 3pm. 

It won't be lost on those who attend that SOHO Coffee Co started life in Cheltenham before growing into the successful multi-million pound chain it is today. The relaxed networking event also features a tour of fitness centre F45 in the nearby Brewery Quarter, too. 

How to Grow a Phenomenal Business Where Everybody Loves Coming to Work at The Growth Hub

Neil Martin of ActionCOACH Cheltenham leads this workshop aimed at helping businesses achieve the holy grail - creating a company everyone loves to work for or with.

Packed with advice, growth strategies and plans to make you fall in love with your business again, this workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and business owners who are ready to make ambitious changes to their business. The event is being staged by The Growth Hub at Gloucestershire College's Cheltenham Campus on Friday 28 April 2023 from 10am to 12pm.
