Start and Grow Enterprise, based at The Growth Hub at Oxstalls Campus, is staging this free online workshop, designed to help you grow your business, on Monday 8 August 2022, from 10am to 1pm.

Hannah Winman, a director at Current Accountancy Ltd, based in Lydney, will look at advanced bookkeeping methods and the different software that can help your business accounting needs, as well as discussing the importance of keeping your information up to date and the implications this can have for decision-making now and in the future.

Grow your business with photo and video in Tewkesbury

In this one-to-one session, The Growth Hub in Tewkesbury will take a detailed look at your business and marketing to see where you could use photos and video more effectively to help grow your business.

Dan Barker, a commercial and industrial photographer and video producer with a background in aerospace engineering, will be taking the sessions on Tuesday 9 August 2022 at the town’s Growth Hub, based at Tewkesbury Borough Council. 

How to use social media: For beginners in Gloucester

Natalie Ferrari of Start and Grow Enterprise is due to stage this free ‘power lunch session’, aimed at helping you solve your business challenges - in this case, raising your profile and communicating better through social media.

According to the organisation, headquartered at the University of Gloucestershire's Oxstalls campus, the session is for social media novices and will include some step-by-step guides to help you get started on social media for your business. Due to take place online between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Wednesday 17 August 2022.

Employment law business event in Stonehouse

Employment law and HR experts Cronor will stage two business seminars at Stonehouse Court Hotel on Wednesday 17 August 2022 from 10am to 1pm.

The first is aimed at owners, directors and HR professionals, and will identify the key consideration as your business grows, from how to protect your staff’s mental health to the risks of remote and hybrid working, to how to attract the right candidates to your business. The second is all about employment law and health and safety and what you should definitely consider to make your business safe.

Three simple steps for creating incredible ideas in Hartpury
