It is free for those aged between 18 to 30 to attend. There will be complementary food and drink and the invitation is out there to creative entrepreneurs, students, crafters, makers and up and coming start-ups.

This networking event is aimed at fostering and developing the county's very youngest business people. It is due to take place on Thursday 2 February 2023 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Jolt, in Kings Square, Gloucester.

The Nelson Trust breakfast networking event

This is one of a series of monthly breakfast networking events staged by the Nelson Trust for charities and social enterprises.

The events are all about bringing together organisations that are looking to collaborate, forge partnerships, share ideas and support one another. There will also be a guest speaker too (yet to be announced).

The Nelson Trust exists to help people overcome the impact of addiction on their lives, operates county-wide and is headquartered in Brimscombe, Stroud.

The networking event is due to take place at The Sober Parrot, St James' Square, Cheltenham, from 9am to 10.30am, on Friday 3 February 2023.

Gloucestershire Engineering Training open evening

Individuals interested in engineering are invited to take a guided tour of the sector’s specialist training centre, Gloucestershire Engineering Training (GET).

The highly respected centre on Corinium Avenue develops the current and next generation of staff for some of county’s very best companies, big and small.

As well as being shown around the facilities, visitors will have the chance to chat to staff members and current apprentices and see demonstrations of the kind of work GET helps companies excel at.

The open evening will take place on Tuesday 7 February 2023 and is free of charge. Anyone wishing to attend can book a place via eventbrite.co.uk.

According to Gloucestershire Constabulary this is a chance to learn how ESP can benefit your business, as well as to enjoy a little networking and complimentary refreshments.

You will learn about how ESP can help with staff development at little cost, how it can improve staff moral and motivation, lead to greater staff retention and lower recruitment costs and become a key marketable enhancement of corporate social responsibility. It is due to take place on Wednesday 22 February 2023 from 6pm to 8pm.
