Why flexible office space at the heart of Gloucester’s regeneration is in demand

Covid-19 forced businesses to embrace flexible working, even ditch permanent offices altogether, and one centre at the heart of Gloucester has been helping make that revolution a success for companies big and small.

Gloucester’s stock continues to rise with millions of pounds being invested in its city centre, quays, docks, retail, theatre, and road networks – and together with relative affordability and new post-Covid-19 ways of working, an increasing number of eyes are turning to the city.

At the heart of it all is FigFlex Offices Gloucester, a flexible workplace on the first floor of Southgate House, former home to the Bank of England. Mandy Sibley, its building and centre manager, tells SoGlos just what the location has to offer.

What does the term flexible offices mean?

For our clients, it’s the flexibility of what services they require and building a service around their business requirements. Our services can be used on a pay-as-you-go basis with coworking options, or benefit from longer term contracts with private office space. You have the freedom to grow your workspace as and when your business does.
