As well as dancing the weekend away, visitors can look forward to an impressive variety of free workshops, with something for all ages to get involved with, from music and Pilates to belly dance and storytelling.
Guests can channel their inner goddess during a fun Belly Dancing session, work up a sweat with a yoga or Pilates class, join the Solstice Storytelling Circle and enjoy enchanting ancient tales, and test their skills with a Paper Aeroplane Competition – that’s not just for the kids!
Little ones can enjoy a host of activities including Kids' Yoga, Street Dance sessions, and music from children's band The Jellybabies.
Meanwhile, families will roll up, roll up, to the Jitterbug Circus tent, with demonstrations for little ones every day, as well as a wide range of circus skills to have a go at, including juggling, twirling, limbo dancing, hoola-hooping, and much more.
Families won’t go hungry at Lechlade Festival, with a host of tempting menu options from a number of suppliers to suit everybody’s tastes, including artisan sweet treats from Gelato Italia, quality fish and chips from The Cotswold Chippy, sweet and savoury crepes from The Lush Creperie, and even Tibetan food from Taste Tibet.
Plus, if you fancy a tipple or two, there will be two bars serving a range of real ales, artisan ciders and plenty of other favourite drinks across the weekend.
While Lechlade offers a list of local B&Bs and hotels to stay at during the festival, many people will be pitching up at the festival’s campsite, with facilities for tents, motorhomes, campervans and small caravans, with toilets and stand pipes available.
Glampers can enjoy some added luxury with a boutique camping experience with Gloucestershire suppliers, Brook Bell tents, set to provide happy campers with double air mattresses, crisp white linen, warm winter duvets, as well as mirrors, bedside tables and lighting.
What’s more, bell tent guests can also take advantage of private toilets, free phone charging throughout the weekend, a chill out tent to relax and a concierge service.
