Promising an evening of brilliant music, Cheltenham Choral Society’s 80th Anniversary Gala Concert offers for chance for music lovers to join in the celebrations, this spring at Pittville Pump Room.

Taking place within the iconic Cheltenham venue on Saturday 28 April 2018, the celebratory concert will feature Karl Jenkins’ ‘The Peacemakers’, which in the words of Terry Waites, ‘breathes the harmony of peace’.

With a recital by Dame Felicity Lott who will join Cheltenham Choral Society for the concert, audiences can expect a wonderful performance, with Karl Jenkins’ music drawing on the words of iconic and inspiring people throughout history and incorporating instruments from around the world.

Conducted by Ian Higginson, the 80th Anniversary Gala Concert is set to be a highlight of the annual music calendar in Cheltenham.
