Lodders has unveiled plans to grow its workforce by more than a quarter to 200 staff across all its offices, as it pursues ambitious growth plans.

The Gloucestershire firm, which also has offices in Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden?and Birmingham, said the recruitment drive would add?10 solicitors to the existing 20-strong team in Cheltenham, which includes four partners.
Paul Mourton, managing partner at Lodders, said: ‘The firm is in a really strong place.

‘We have had an incredible 12 months, despite the challenges of Covid, with record-breaking revenue growth, new clients across the board, and some of the firm’s most high-profile, high-value instructions that have seen our teams working with some of the region’s biggest companies across a range of industries and sectors.

‘To maintain this momentum, we are creating new roles. The firm needs to recruit at least 40 new people across our regional network by the end of 2022.’

Pay rises have also been made across the firm, with every member of staff receiving a five per cent bonus as recognition of their work through the pandemic, said Mr Mourton.
