Leadership development specialists QuoLux™ has created a new online course aimed at helping senior managers lead their organisations out of the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to Stewart Barnes, chief executive officer of the Gloucestershire-headquartered QuoLux™, many businesses have survived the crisis, but are now facing a new set of next challenges.

And when once the response might have been to tough it out, leaders are increasing turning to business-focussed development to help them learn and overcome – which is where QuoLux™ comes into its own.

‘Now it’s time for leaders and their senior management teams to lead their companies out of the crisis, to grow stronger and become an even better business than the one that went into the crisis.

‘Leading out of a crisis is one of the most important tasks for leaders and their management teams,’ said Mr Barnes.

QuoLuxTM has worked with some of the world’s foremost specialists in business transformation, purpose-led leadership and workplace health and wellbeing to create the short course to help firms with five to 1,000 staff to grow stronger.

The course is ‘self-directed’, but business leaders are encouraged to work with their management team to go through the modules together. Mentoring support is also available.

Growing Stronger: Leading out of a Crisis, is available on the QuoLuxTM Online Leadership & Management Centre website.
