GFirst LEP is launching a new promotional campaign, ‘Think Gloucestershire’, as part of its recovery plan for the county following the Coronavirus pandemic.

Encouraging people to think local when enjoying their post-lockdown freedoms, the ‘Think Gloucestershire’ campaign aims to help the county’s economy get back on its feet by promoting and supporting local businesses.

Getting residents to ‘Think Gloucestershire’ means encouraging staycations within the county where there are beauty spots aplenty, visiting local high streets, and buying from Gloucestershire-based businesses wherever possible.

CEO of GFirst LEP, David Owen, said: ‘Think Gloucestershire is a campaign we would like every Gloucestershire resident to be aware of and think about. Please do help us share the message across all your social media channels.’

As the local enterprise partnership for Gloucestershire since 2011, GFirst LEP has helped to create opportunities for people across the county. And in the wake of the Coronavirus crisis, it is equally committed to helping Gloucestershire businesses thrive again.
