4 pumpkin patches in Gloucestershire

Whether you’re carving jack-o-lanterns or making pumpkin pie, SoGlos has rounded up some of the best places to pick your own pumpkin in Gloucestershire.

Halloween is nearly here – cue evil laughter! And it wouldn’t be Halloween without carving a pumpkin or two.

SoGlos has uncovered four places to pick your own, with pumpkin patches springing up all over Gloucestershire this October 2020.

Pumpkin patch at Cotswold Farm Park

The pumpkin patch at Cotswold Farm Park in Guiting Power is back every weekend during October 2020 and throughout the Halloween half term.

Farm park ticketholders get a pumpkin token each included in the price of admission, with pumpkin-only tickets available to book online too.

Pumpkin patch at Cattle Country Adventure Park

There’s a brand-new pumpkin patch at Cattle Country Adventure Park in Berkeley, for Halloween 2020 – open every weekend in October and every day during half term.

Grab a wheelbarrow and head to the pumpkin patch, with entry included in the standard admission price – and pay for your pumpkin based on its size. Plus, don’t forget to grab a selfie in the pumpkin patch photo booth.

Pumpkin patch at Over Farm

Kids, grown-ups and even dogs can take their pick of the pumpkins at Over Farm in Gloucester.

Book a timed slot online for £2 per person and bring your four-legged friends along for Halloween fun. Pumpkins generally cost between £1 and £6 each, so grab as many as you can carry!

Pumpkin patch at Primrose Vale

Visitors to Primrose Vale in Cheltenham can pick their perfect pumpkin from thousands on offer this Halloween half term. Tickets for the pumpkin patch are free and will be released online each day at 5pm for the following day.

If you don’t fancy getting your hands dirty, pop to the Primrose Vale farm shop to buy pre-picked pumpkins from Saturday 24 to Saturday 31 October 2020.
